  Consultancy and Training

In co-operation with the NITL (National Institute for Transport and Logistics, Ireland) Komin Ltd. offers professional European level education in the management of logistics and supply chains.

We provide an opportunity to study the entire course or individual modules which are the most important ones for the client. Upon the completion of a course of studies, the student is issued with an internationally recognised certificate attesting to the ability of the specialist to deal with issues related to supply chains in a practical way.

For those interested in acquiring not only knowledge but also internationally recognised education in the management of supply chains there is an opportunity to obtain a Practitioner's Certificate. In order to receive the certificate the student has to master no less than 7 modules:

Management of supply chains; Transport management; Management of warehouses and stored goods; Management of purchases; Production planning and control; Customer service; information technologies in supply chains.

The training is organised as two to two and a half day long seminars each of which is concerned with a specific subject. A project related to solving practical issues at the company of the participant has to be developed on a freely chosen subject after each module is mastered. The NITL examination commission verifies whether the knowledge acquired meets academic standards set for students of practitioner courses. The time and order of module studies may be varied according to individual needs.
